I am unabel to track my order. When i use the trace number it say's... Number not found? Please help me.

Dear Monique,
We are sorry you have had this experience.

Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated online by the shipper.
Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try again later.

If you just received the email notification today with a tracking number, from zaful, saying your purchase has shipped... then I would just check back tomorrow morning... sometimes it takes 12-24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking number! OR if you would prefer a definite answer right away, then i would suggest logging into your zaful account and select the 'live chat' option! They will be able to look it up and help you right away! Hope that helps!
