What made you choose youngexplorers over similar businesses?

Answer:

Ordered from them in the past with no problem until a year ago. Now I will never order from this company again as they do not honor any of their promises.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at youngexplorers?

Answer:

Customer service is non-existant and if you do finally talk to an actual person they are non-responsive and do not do what you ask them to do which is why you contacted them in the first place. A waste of time

Have sent two emails regarding an item i purchased that needs a replacement part. first email sent 12/22 second sent 01/17. no response to either as of today 01/23. how doe i get someone to respond???

Answer:

Sit on hold for however long it takes (mine: 34 minutes) and then talk to a rep who likes to argue.

You can order from them but don't expect to be able to cancel or return any items. Can find a lot of the items in their catalog for less else where
