We signed up last February after getting a call promising increased exposure for $125 a month. The cost ended up much higher than promised, and attempts to cancel have been endless hours on hold... and some of the rudest people claiming we can't cancel until April... then May... now June... so obviously 12 month periods vary based on how long you go before you jump off a roof...

Our contractual terms are for a 12-month period (or a 6-month period for certain products). Customers are able to cancel their contract with Yellow Pages by providing notice 3 months before the expiry of the term.
