The option of personalizing. Unfortunately, they don't have an advanced enough website or customer service group to be able to honor promotional deals and deal with issues.

Hi I don't know which number you are trying to reach them. This one is the one I called 877-803-6890 twice today and both case someone at least answer. They don't fix the situation but did answer. Also have with you order number, your personal information like address, name, phone. Good luck
