Tell you what about gold, if it's only one thing I learned from years of trading it. Never trade against the trend (in general) and especially! In gold, because that thing can punish you on the spot and you ;d be just devastated. Even if you take only like 10 pips, do it consistently and trend-trade, becaue that is going to be safer and profitable in the long term.

Now about xlence, I think as the accounts progress, you will get much more favourable costs at gold, like 2x less spreads and stuff. But do you really need that? Their best account (ultimate) may be great for an experienced trader who trades gold for living and opens high volums. For moderate trading, any account would suffice, even the raw one
