How was your interaction with the customer support?

I’m not the guy who likes long chit-chatting with cs, asking everything from them, without trying to figure it out on my own. The only time, when I needed their help, it was the time of my first withdrawal. I waited quite long for my request, as it turned out later, visa is not the best choice, when you want the process to be fast. At any event, I got connected to the cs agent, who tracked my withdrawals and provided the right estimated time left. As far as his answers were accurate, I could call my exp with support, good. Looks like they trained their agents quite well.

I would say the support at xlence is okay to excellent, but it depends on the account type you use. If you have one of the more advanced accounts, which come with a dedicated manager feature, then you have a dedicated manager who is your focal point and get kind of presonalized support.
However, if you are just an average trader like me, you get the standard support, which is not bad, too. There is a chat feature on the website, i used it many times. You share your account details if you have an acc already, and start chatting, also, it’s posible to choose “talk to an agent” if you don’t like robotic answers. But sometimes bots are helpful when you want some general info and are too lazy to scroll their website.
