I ordered a Crazy Cart Shift on 3/11/22 and to date have never heard another word about the order. What is the problem?

Wrisan.com is a fake site. You will not get an email. Instead, you should be closely watching your credit card statements for fraudulent charges, or do what many other victims have done, and cancel the card you used and get a new one.
