Avoid. I will also be reporting to the FTC.

Like others have stated, I ordered an item that was a very good price for the item, submitted my credit card info and had them receive, cancel and then refund me without fulfilling my order 10 hours later. The item I attempted to purchase is still listed on their site. I don't know what they are doing with my personal information that they collected, but this site seems to me a scam.

Wish I'd read all these reviews sooner. Site should be shut down - my credit card was compromised after using this site and I never received any product. But someone in Miami did try using my cc to buy a nice dinner and hotel stay after I provided my cc info to this company (reported and blocked). Lesson learned. Always call and research first.

I placed an order on April 30,2022 and by May 18 I'm emailing & calling for an update. A total of three emails and one call that the only option was to leave a voice message I still have not receive either a call back or email response from them. I took the last email and forward it three consecutive times within a 15 second time frame and I finally received an email reply. It was a cold unapologetic email that they refunded my account. I'm still checking my account because so far this morning I see nothing.

This company does not return your calls or email messages when you're looking for your merchandise 3 weeks after you place an order. When they finally responded it was cold & unprofessional and without an apology. This is the most horrible company I have ever order from.

One star because I can NOT give zero. I did place an order Saturday. Next day I receive an email stating that I would get a refund. No explanation. Product ordered still available. Called the phone number and nobody answers. Exchange emails and chat with an Aleksandr Rusakov totally useless. I am not even sure he is a real person.

Don't order from here. Placed an order, seemed easy, order was cancelled apparently because payment didn't go through the day after, but charge is on my credit card. Look up a satellite view of their address, residential house with a pool. Such a scam. If you happened to place an order from them, cancel your card right away.

You receive an email confirmation that the order has been placed.
Then shortly afterwards, you receive a second email saying that the order was refunded (without any explanation why).
While I didn't have any charges on my credit card, this is how they get your CC#.
I took the precaution of replacing my Credit Card.
If you've given them any payment information, I suggest you do the same.

This website is a scam! I ordered on Saturday morning 12/18/21 Sunday morning with no explanation my order was refunded. The product is still available on the website. I tried to chat with someone where it says instant response NOTHING! This is the second time I've tried ordering something from them the first time it wouldn't process the payment. They said keep trying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered an item that was out of stock. Was told I would receive a refund in 24 to 48 hours and never happened. They answered me back after that. Tried calling and get busy signal multiple times. Avoid this scam company!
This site made me lose faith in online storefronts. Not only did they not fill my order, but soon after providing them with my credit card information I began getting recurring charges for LegalZoom.com. They have charged over $1300 to my account. I had to call the bank and cancel my credit card account to resolve this issue because LegalZoom is allowed to continue charging the account, even if the card number changes. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION!

Wrisan is a scammer who will take your money and credit card info. Do not purchase anything from them as they will run away with your money and credit card info as well. If they have done this to you I encourage you to file a complaint with the federal trade commission and your local attorney general. I have already filed complaints with the FTC, my local attorney general, and the Florida attorney general where wrisan (supposedly) operates.

The website takes your order, runs your card, then sends an email canceling the order for whatever reason and then refunds your card. A few weeks or months later fraudulent charges show up on your card. The positive reviews here and on other sites like trustpilot are fake to drown out the real reviews. Check the reddit page about them.

Website is used to phish credit info. Had to cancel my card because of a transaction with this site. I've filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, IC3, and Florida attorney general.
Do not purchase from this website as it isn't real. They don't sell any real merchandise. Once you place an order they steal your credit card info to make fraudulent purchases with. Every positive review made for this site is fake. Do not buy anything from this site.

Looks like all positive reviews of this site that posted pics of the products they ordered copied and pasted pics of the products from the product websites. Not a single picture looks like anybody too it with their phone or camera and then uploaded it to their review.

THEY TOOK MY CREDIT CARD BUT DIDNT DELIVER PRODUCTS OR ANSWER OR SEND AN EMAIL. Wrisan purchase on 1/28/22 also had the name Vrisan on the bottom of their site. Now I have to contact my credit card to get a refund as the money is not there.

The website was clear and simple, I got my confirmation with instructions on when to expect my delivery and then got a call from the driver when they were on my block. Everything went swimmingly. Packaging was great too!
