Why won't my wish app give me the option to write reviews on products!? Help please? I've tried everything

If you are lucky enough to get a refund or receive a refund because you did not receive the order they do not want you to share your negative experience with Wish so they close it so that option is not available. If you get a product that is damaged or not what is advertised they try to make you pay for returning the product which is illegal as the mistake was made by them or one of the stores they represent. If you can not get remediation with Wish contact your bank, credit card company and the Alameda County District Attorneys Office Fraud unit in California they have jurisdiction of Wish.com as their office is in San Francisco which is Alameda County and file a complaint. Tell wish you are going to do this

I think it's to do with the app set up and the way it operates. I noticed on a lot of other apps I have that they are limited to their functionality as opposed to when you log on from the computer.

Hope this helps. You could contact the app creator. There should be an email for them.

Courtney F. I have to agree with John O. I am currently pursuing legal action against Wish.com for fraud. In short, there is NO way of leaving a review. It was fully intentional that the company provides the very minimum requirement by allowing you to only rate the product you see ( usually when the seller contacts you via email, and in a limited capacity). The creators of the site have done everything possible to mitigate any negative feedback from the customers, but they clearly underestimate some of us and the power of social media. I encourage EVERYONE who has had a negative or unsatisfactory experience with them to do all they can to keep others informed. Saving money here and there isn't worth deal with an unscrupulous, morally bankrupt company! Sorry, I couldn't provide an easy answer, I just hate to see people getting robbed, literally!

From day one of ordering I have not been able to leave reviews and I've even asked wish and they only tell me where I can find the rate button which is not there. But unlike the reviewer before me I have always been refunded by wish on any orders I have not received. You just have to keep contacting them and bugging them to get it. Also I only pay them through PayPal so its easier to get your money back.
