I have ordered a few stuff and the due date was supposed to be from the 1st of December till the 10th of December. However i have been getting emails saying it has arrived to the post office and will be arrived soon to my home. It is now the 13th December and still hasn't arrived. How do i get in contact with them or even get my order.

I have the same problem and I haven't received any of my orders which were 9 different items I will never use wish again also be wary of fashion mia its totally hideous cheep garbage stay away

Go to "view my orders" and click on the order in question. There is a button for you to lodge a complaint. I have filed 2 complaints in the last month and I got my money from one and the other actually arrived that same day, so I dropped the complaint.

You can't contact them. It is a supplier in China and the chances of you getting someone to talk to you are slim, very slim. This time of the year is tough on shipping, so I would advise to hang in there and wait. The items are ordered, all came within the time limit. So my suggestion: wait

Hello. Well if you have the app downloaded you should be able to find their contact info in the menu or help section. And i would call the post office that it says it has arrived at. Just to see if they have actually recieved your items. Hope this helps and you get your stuff! ☺
