I have written them 3 times. The first time was a month ago. They said they would investigate the counterfeit collars. I did not hear anything from them. I emailed them two more times but have not heard anything and have not received any refund or credit to the credit card.
Wish only steels money good luck on refund I have been trying to get a refund you will get a bunch stories but no refund they said we mite return shipping we shipped the product just keep waiting and no clue were it is
