how it ist possible 200 people are getting a perfect delivery and service and about 500+ not? for me either a webshop does what it does or does not, so i do not understand why 1 webshop can have so many discrepancies?

I ordered on the 23 March 2022 now for a week it says shipping in 3 days. This is the first time I have ordered from wish and probably the last.
Wish having such a low approval rating should prompt them to get off their high horse. Why don't they care?
