Ich habe von - wigsis - 2 perücken bestellt, weder die farbe noch die form oder der schnitt entsprach dem angebot im internet. ich habe über paypal bezahlt. es wird zwar rückgabe angeboten, aber seit wochen weigert sich die firma die perücken zurück zu nehmen. es werden mir 5% erstattung angeboten oder 15% auf eine neue bestellung. was kann ich tun - damit die perücken zurückgenommen werden und ich eine rückerstattung erhalte? tengo de - wigsis - pedí 2 pelucas, ni el color ni la forma ni el corte igualado la oferta en internet. he pagado a través de paypal. a pesar de que se ofrece a cambio, pero durante semanas se niega a la empresa a tomar las pelucas espalda. se me ofreció 5% de reembolso o un 15% a un nuevo orden. ¿qué debería hacer - de manera que las pelucas se retiran y obtener un reembolso? i ordered from - wigsis - 2 wigs, neither the color nor the shape or the cut corresponded to the offer in the internet. i have paid via paypal. it is offered return, but for weeks the company refuses to take the wigs back. i am offered 5% reimbursement or 15% on a new order. what can i do - so that the wigs are taken back and i get a refund?

When I written them telling them I want to speak to their corporate, or a phone number to their corporate office, or to have the supervisor call me or, for a phone number for their supervisor they say that their phone system is down and that there's no way to contact them besides email which I think is BS.
