I am reading reviews about this company and wondering why they are so bad.

Answer:

They send you bad product. They don't refund you. They tell you you have to return the bad product at your expense. To ship to China costs $150. I paid $74.24 for this ratty Jerry Lewis in the Nutty Professor wig. It is a terrible product that looked nothing like the picture. Fraud.
