How do i get the correct color i want in place of the one i got?

Answer:

They are located in either China or Japan. That's why it takes 2-3 months for the wig to arrive. Mine took almost 2 months

Can we take class action against this company does anyone know?

Answer:

The company is based in China so a class action might be a challenge. What could be attacked is their license to sell in the US. They must have a business license with BBB - that is a good place to start.
