I want to return my wigs. i purchased two wigs which are supposedly on route to me in the next day or day but i tried to cancel several days ago and was told they shipped which i do not believe. i am not going to loose my hair from chemo and will not need the wigs. i am on a fixed income and need my money refunded. what can i do?

Q. several weeks ago i tried to place an order... since i've never heard a word or confirm from your co. i assumed it hadn't worked or gone thru. i emailed your co. asking for order confirmation. three weeks later... no word but charge appears on current credit card statement. i'll wait one more week... then must cxl thru my excellent credit card company. i expect better service from online companies...
