Same with me and I've had enough now. Next step is reporting fraudulent transactions by them.

We searched EVERYWHERE and there is no way to speak with them in person. They have this scam down perfectly! If your package ever does arrive, I'll be shocked if the items look anything like their ads. The two dresses we received looked like someone had taken old polyester drapes and cut them into something almost looking like dresses. The side slit went to my Daughter's privates. NO refunds - NO way to contact other than email. Wishing you the best of luck!
