Actually, it's not that easy. You only really hear from them when they censor you.
Depends, if it's something they agree with you'll be golden, if you have any level of criticism then they are harsh.
This site is a joke and should be shut down for posting false information regarding cases that are still under appeal. It is impossible to contact anyone running the group.
They are largely volunteer moderators and administrators rather than customer service reps. They will usually respond but you might not like the response or feel well served by it.
