Hi, if you go into the wanelo app and click the little icon with the sun glasses and mustache, your saved items should pop up, and once you are there you can click the icon that says "Your Orders" and once you see the items you ordered, click the specific item in which you want to return, scroll up and at the bottom of the screen there should be 2 icons that says "Contact Wanelo" and "Return Item" click the icon that pertains to your issue and from there they should inform you on how to return your item. - Hope this helps. :)
