I discovered my images on their site yesterday, so did some research. Here's what I found. Check this out about Wallpart:

The thing is, all reporting them to Google does is keep them from being listed there. It does nothing to take down the site. Right now that would actually be counterproductive since Google image search is the back door way to see what they have up for sale aside from the stuff they've been posting to their Twitter account. I do note that they haven't posted anything to their Twitter since June 29. Maybe all those reports to I did to Marvel, Paramount, three professional photographers, Fox, every paid porn site they were dumb enough to sell prints from which had watermarks and addresses on them as well as anyone else I could identify has finally made them too busy dealing with legal issues to be able to post anymore. *smirk* I've been rounding up stuff to report a couple of times a week since the news got out about them on Deviant Art.

The general consensus is that they are trying to 'farm' peoples personal details

I suspect it may be a "phishing" site - I have let Google know. You can do the same if you want to.
