Awful. I have been waiting for a month and still don't have our deal done yet due to their disorganization and expiring their offer on my trade in, so now I have to start all over again with that process - which, by the way, was part of the reason I chose to buy from them!

If the price you were given was based on your honest representation of the vehicle you're
Trying to sell them, then they are very good at sticking to their offer!
However, they mention in their contract, if your vehicle does not meet the description you gave them,
They reserve the right to renegotiate the price with you!
