VRBO SUCKS at Customer service. THey give you the run around and never ever intend to help. The WORST EVER. Go to air b n b instead... at least air b n b demonstrates customer service.

Why are you still allowing Rent Me / Yapstone to handle your payouts? They CLEARLY go out of their way to make up excuses to hang on to large sums of money for prolonged periods of time. Every time I'm assured that payment is on its way, I hear from them A WEEK LATER saying they need some new document!
