how do I speak to a customer service representative who speaks clear english and knows how to handle issues ?

I have had the same problem on more than one occasion! Not only are they difficult to understand, but they are incredibly rude as well! I am so disenchanted with VRBO and their lack of customer service, which use to be impeccable!!! Most definitely looking to list our properties elsewhere.

dont even bother trying VRBO SUCKS at Customer service. THey pass you off to a homeowner, who mostly uses VRBO to help. Its a huge circle of getting no where. VRBO passes the buck and is USELESS in terms of customer service.
