Answer:
I went back and forth with this business many many times. I FINALLY got a return address but it is in China, so I am extremely hesitant to return the product for a 50% refund on the purchase due to the high likelihood that something will go amiss based on my experiences so far. I will probably just try to resell the dress locally and NEVER order from this company again. They offered me $15 to keep the dress so I may agree to that and see what happens. I don't have high hopes.
