Absolutely they are. Google a bit and you'll see - these people are the worst.

In my case I gave them a bad review because I paid $300 for tickets that I never received... I had to go buy other tickets for the concert... And they won't give me my money back! They say all sales are final regardless if you get tickets or not... their story is, it's the seller's responsibility to forward the tickets to you or transfer them to you... All sales are final.

Yes, it was true for us. We purchased tickets from Vivid Seats only to get to the venue and be denied access because the tickets were invalid.

This may be true, but if you go to any place except for the actual website of the concert or tickets then you will be up charged. They know that people are willing to pay for the extra money to go to a concert. I get annoyed by the fees too but it is my fault for not buying them on the actual website and waiting, the fees are the consequences. I have yet to find a 3rd party website that sells tickets without fees or more than they are worth.

I just did one transaction with them. I was annoyed because the fees really added up and I felt were not well disclosed. However, the seats were amazing and even though I paid more than I thought I was going to pay, I'm not sure I could have done better
