Does anyone know if you have bought tickets if you can transfer them to someone else. Not sell but transfer.

Sorry... I can't answer this question because they never sent me my tickets, so I would not know if they were legitimate or not... I know they won't refund my money, $300.00... They say all sales are final even though they don't provide the tickets... they say it's up to the seller to send or transfer the tickets to you and if they don't they say they'll try to help you get your tickets but they don't guarantee it...
