Tried to call General Manager and other 800 number to voice complaint but was put on long looped music/business nonsense for too long.

Customer service is run on a maze system. You go from one hold to another hold. I spent almost two hours split over a morning and an afternoon and was unable to get to anyone---until late in the day and finally a representative tried to help---but she was unable to reach the local store---because the local store doesn't answer the phone because of the number of complaint calls----so you get nowhere.

Well as far as emailing goes... they don't seem to answer after the first couple... live chat didn't work much better... telephone isn't an option either... and given covid19 going to the location is out as well...

Spent 28 minutes on hold waiting for a customer service rep to answer and lie to me. What a great company! Not!

The customer service is terrible, I can't get through on the phone, I can't get through calling corporate, I can't get through to a live chat that's helpful, it is not helpful at all! The only reason I continue to go to Visionworks is because the technician Robert Gardner at store 1204 is amazing, he's helpful, knowledgeable, patient, answers all my questions, and delivers great glasses, he is the only reason I keep going to the store, otherwise the customer service and not being able to call or even chat online is terrible terrible terrible. If you lose this employee, Robert Gardner, I will no longer be coming to Visionworks.
