I am planning to invest $599 into an annual pacakge of Vimeo. It is very important for me to know how they will support me during outages. (I am ok with minor outages now and then for a few seconds/minutes, being practical but support is crucial)
Do they really give unlimited bandwidth or is that a marketing pitch?
