How are contest winners chosen? i've seen very poor photos ranked a lot higher than mine in contests, and wonder why?

Yes, i want to ask about the new heart and star award system. why was it changed from the way it was before? now the drop down box will not stay open long enough to select an award. when you are giving awards to other people. then, once it disappears, you cannot reopen it. when someone gives me an award... i always need to know what kind it is. i chatted with another member last night, and she said that she does not like the new system either. i hope that you will either fix it, so that the drop down box stays open long enough to select an award... or you change it back to the way it was before. thanks

At ViewBug, we aim to maintain a high standard or quality images and a safe environment for all of our members, as young as 13 years old. That said, we do permit artistic nudity in photographs with the emphasis being on the art's sake and not just for nudity's sake however we require that these images are marked with the Adult Content Filter. We do not permit images that appear to be purely pornographic in nature, images that are x-rated, or images that depict other adult imagery. There is always a fine line and we have a compliance team that reviews all reports and concerns regarding these types of images. If our members report these types of photos by contacting us at members@viewbug.com or clicking on the 'Report Image' button within the photo page, we'll be able to locate those images faster and filter them appropriately.
