I placed order on July 31 st and no tracking number or shows that it has shipped as of 08/05/2015 thats 4 business at this point I just want a refund and they promised when I call at 4 om on th 08.05 it had shippedn and tracking number would be posted by end of day well it didnt and still no tracking number on oder number1438307519
