I am in Australia and I have tried to contact Vibeshop.com for the past 2 weeks via email & phone and had no response. My order was placed over a month ago and I have not heard anything from them! Anyone have a suggestion on how I can get ahold of them? Spent well over $400 AUS to get this item with postage... just want the item or a refund

I placed order on July 31 st and no tracking number or shows that it has shipped as of 08/05/2015 thats 4 business at this point I just want a refund and they promised when I call at 4 om on th 08.05 it had shippedn and tracking number would be posted by end of day well it didnt and still no tracking number on oder number1438307519

I bought next day air shipping 3 days ago wheres my package.

Mr Jordan. We have not received your order because you did not complete check out. As a result you were not billed for it. Also please note that the item you have selected is custom made product and the description states that we need 10 days to make it for you so the item you chose is not eligible for overnight delivery. Please read the description of the product on our website. If you have any questions make sure you contact us by phone
