Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Viagogo staff and previous consumers.
I haven't received ours either... after calling an overseas number on friday they advised the tickets we purchased were not available (purchased in dec...). All they could do was offer alternative tickets which were right up the back... we paid over $700 for good seats in C3, only to be offered seats in 604 we cant even download these seats either. The email they sent did not contain a link to download, only a voucher number to enter in checkout process, but there was no option to do this-only option was credit card payment! After asking one person if we would be reimbursed for the difference of the ticket prices he advised we would be. BUT when speaking to a second person, they were only going to reimburse $200, when it should of been $350! SOOOO MAD RIGHT NOW AND STILL NO TICKETS!
