We bought tickets for World Baseball Classic game USA - Dominican Republic on December 28th, 2016. February 28th, 2017 they told us we can not get the tickets. The game was March 11th, 2017. The prices of the seats we originally bought went sky high. No matter what, they didn't give us the tickets. We spend a lot of money to go to Florida, USA.

Answer:

I had the same question, however, once I eventually got on to Ticketek, they said they can't check them at all. They said I had to just show up and scan it on the night! Great.

Those tickets are all hard copy paper tickets and are not issued until May

I have the same issue and can't find a contact number either! Got tickets emailed to me but not my name on them!

Answer:

Your tickets may or may not work at the gate. I would just be aware when going to the gig that it is a 50/50 chance of getting in. If you dont get in you wont get a refund from viagogo, thats impossible. Your best bet is to try to get your bank to do a chargeback. Bring proof of this company being fraudulent to the bank, such as links to sites like this one to proving they are a fraudulent company.
