Hi Joyce, our items are generally true to size unless otherwise specified on our website.
Should an item fail to meet your expectations, you do have 90 days to send items back for a refund and or exchange. This includes sale items, clearance items and even swimwear that is in a new and unused condition. However, this policy does not cover final sale items. Final sale items can not be returned for an exchange or refund. If final sale items are returned, we are unable to re-ship the item to you or process credit for the item. Please fill out the Return form that came with your order. If you do not have the Return form you may write on a sheet of paper providing the order number, style numbers you are returning, and how you would like us to handle your return. Please be sure to retain the tracking information from the label that you use. If you decide to use the prepaid label that came with the order and select to receive a standard refund to your bank card, we will deduct $6.95 from your return. You may also select to be refunded to your VENUS Wallet or exchange the item for another item and avoid the $6.95 label fee.
