How do i return the ring that i got. it is to big and to tall. no address to return it so what do i do???

How do i change the size of my ring i just ordered? it only gave me the option of a 6 and i need a 5 i believe.

Hi Dana, We do not recommend resizing service. Any resizing of the ring may cause the gemstone to fall off easily. If the ring is still in a brand-new state, we can exchange the size, and you only need to pay the freight for return and reshipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances, otherwise, a restocking fee will be applied depending on the conditions of the returned item. - The merchandise needs to be in the original condition with the label on it - The item needs to be returned with the original packaging - The returned item has no signs of wear and good for resell As for refund, please kindly notice the original shipping charge we used to send your order is non-refundable. Yes, i got ring for my daughter for christmas and its already fading. the ring was black and now its turning silver. what can i do?

Answer:

Most likely the ring is plated black over the silver. Unfortunately, this happens with most platings, the finish wears off. You can have it replated by your local jeweler if the company does not offer a guarantee period. I don't think it is expensive to do either. I worked for a custom jeweler for a couple of years.
