You probably got scammed like everyone else. I'm SO THANKFUL i came to check reviews BEFORE ordering with them. I find it fascinating that NOT ONE reviewer mentions the fact that this website brags you can get your birth certificate in 7 days processing and probably 7 days regular mail (2 weeks) but not one person says here they got it in that time frame. Vitalcheck's processing time is 15 weeks! Thats why i found this site- I am willing to pay the 89.00 if I can get the doc in 2 weeks. But not 1 person says they received anything- let alone anything on time! LOL. I'M GONNA TO Phila office in person and wait there for half a day in line instead. More lazy inconsiderate low life individuals at your civil service!
