Is it a scam or not?  A lot of people seem to be complaining about unauthorized $19.95 and/or $29.95 monthly charges.  What are they supposed to be getting for those fees?

It IS a scam. As a lot of reviewers mention, they sell you a cheap one-time report and then begin to charge you monthly for a premium membership for $20/month, without you signing up for it. It is something I and others did NOT sign up for, yet were charged for. They charged me for 3 months before I caught it, and then only refunded me the last month. Terrible!
