I was a first time user and accepted a 1 time service for 95 cents. When received my cc bill it also had a $19.95 charge. I complained and the case assigned to "Erin" who informed me that I am not eligible for credit because I did not ask for it within 15 days. I didn't even get my bill in 15 days. Who controls these crooks? Are they really located i Wyoming?

The best plain to complain about fraudulent credit card charges is your credit card company.
