on 1/12/16As others have posted, this is a total scam. The service they provide is completely useless, and they make it impossible to cancel. I tried calling, emailing, and using their online form and have had no luck. Basically, if you are still in your 14-day trial period, go to your bank NOW and get a new card number. Tell the bank your situation and they will do it right away. If they have charged you, still go to your bank and see if they can do something about the fraudulent charge. Basically, go to your bank and dont even try to cancel using their services because they wont let you.
