No the company never answers phones. When you buy anything on Amazon they lock your account and then it takes days to unlock it.

I would be very surprised if their are any legitimate success stories with US Direct Express. If there are it will only be until you experience the nightmare they will eventually put you through.

Save yourself the trouble and get your payments with another card company. I'm looking at "Chime" and a couple of others.

There are no success stories with utter abject failures like Direct Express, sorry.
