Hello Cassandra. We do not offer IMEI Unlock services, only legal SIM-Lock removal request (It can be ordered during our IMEI Check ordering procedure). However, Blacklisted devices are not supported! Sorry! First you will have to remove the Blacklist status from that device, and then proceed with a SIM-Lock removal request order.

Hello Quyet. We do not offer iCloud removal services. We have an eBook which will explain you how to request an iCloud Lock removal through Apple and the Original Owner of that iPhone. (There are no services that can remove iCloud locks out there!).

Hello Rosanne. That's an easy one. Your friend can either use the "Forgot Password" option to Apple's iCloud website or inform your friend to call Apple and they will help for sure (If your friend is the original owner of that iPad).
