Did you pay with paypal? a credit card? your debit card? if you paid with paypal, contact customer service (customer service number in the u. s is 1-888-215-5506) and tell them that you were scammed, and that you want to reverse your payment on that purchase immediately. they probably have a record of complaints on that "merchant"... so they should reverse it automatically (which makes me wonder why they would even let that site have a paypal account in the first place?!) if you paid by debit or credit card, call your bank or credit card company, explain the situation, and ask what they can do. i'm not sure how banks and credit companies deal with this type of thing (i had paid for my order through paypal). i do know that contacting the uggsonsaler people will not do anything (so don't waste your time on that). just get in touch with paypal, your bank, or credit card company asap to see if they can reverse the charge.
