on 10/14/15Had problem, Uber Seats agreed that the vendor I used does that sometimes, but then said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't them who'd sold the tickets. Suggested I call the vendor. Problem is, that I located the tickets/seats THROUGH Uber Seats. Wasn't worth the time and trouble to fight it, so ended up with far right up seats (row 26), rather than center low (row 8), while still paying the premium price. Will never use or recommend again.
I experienced this exact issue. I don't know of a way to validate the tickets or ensure they haven't been double-sold. Two suggestions - get there early, as the first party to use the tickets will get in, and if you do end up with double sold tickets, go to the original seats and take a picture with and get the phone number of the people that bought the same tickets - otherwise Uberseats will have their ticket sellers "research" the situation and refuse to honor their guarantee (btw, no one wants the guarantee, they just want their seats!)
I had no problem until my game was cancelled. The tickets were valid, it is just their customer service is horrible
I have used this service a couple of times now and I have never had any kind of an issue. I too was nervous at first but I am pretty confident in the service now.
I had the same concerns, but I had NO issues at all.
My only problem was they would only let me buy 3 groups at a time they said it was fraud protection were NOT very helpful trying to fix
I have had no problems to two MLB games. They just broker between you and a seller (like a season ticket holder).
I got tickets to a Mets game with no problem.
I got tickets to a Nationals game and had no problems.
