I am reading a lot of negative reviews. items not showing up and poor quality. any feedback on these complaints?

Answer:

I am missing 1 item out.of many. My stuff shipped separately so I assume that it's still coming. Yes somewhat cheap and strange sizing varying from one item to the next. Made for very perfect bodies and some one who can afford to keep it even if its not a good fit. To ship back to China would be outragious. Great nail supplies and hairpieces as well as suits. But beware cheap & you gotta get sizes so you find The true Fit of the top and bottom. I usually wear a size Small top and their size large is tight on me. The extra large bottoms or like a small on me for an extra small and I wear a medium. Hope that helps

Can i get a refund from them as they gave taken payment but i haven't recieved any items from my order 3 months ago?

Contact paypal account or your bank. It is the best, good luck.

How do i cancel an order?

Answer:

I paid through pay pal then contacted them and explained the situation! (Basically that I was an idiot to buy those clothes before checking out their credibility!) They ended up canceling my order! Good luck. Oh, and you can also contact your bank and tell them it was all a scam and they too, will refund you!
