I received an email to say payment received but am yet to receive an email with tracking number. my tracking number is tt150230530458123. when i go to send a consumer query ticket they say myou email is invalid but it's the same one they sent my confirmation email too?

Some are, some aren't, but most of the stuff I ordered was worth the money, if you're only paying a small amount of money for an item you can't expect a lot, but I was expecting that when I ordered so I wasn't too disappointed.
