I am currently using the trial software and I have tried to convert a song and the completed file doesn't start at the beginning of the song.

Could you please tell us the following information:
#1. What's the version number of your TuneFab Apple Music Converter or TuneFab Spotify Music Converter?
#2. What's the version number of your iTunes or Spotify?
#3. What's the operating system of your computer?
#4. Is there any error message occur?

If you are running the TuneFab Apple Music Converter:
To make sure that the software works properly, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the software and iTunes. And all the songs need to be downloaded from cloud before conversion.

Please update both iTunes and TuneFab to the latest version. You can get the latest version of TuneFab from our official website.

If you are running the TuneFab Spotify Music Converter:
Please make sure to download the Spotify app from the Spotify website rather than from the Windows store, which will reduce the error happened when converting the music.
