It appears that they will put a little box stating FREE SHIPPING AFTER you've already placed your order and paid for the shipping! I emailed them about that and got no response. Figures!
If your bracelet is really Sterling Silver... there should be 925 somewhere on it... that is how you can tell an item is actually STERLING SILVER.
Yeah and if they are pre-owned make sure they are clean handbags. I sent my Coach bag back cause it was obviously dirty. They didn't refund my money, they just gave me a credit to buy more of their stuff!
I believe they are authentic Coach Factory Outlet bags. These are mass produced, inferior quality bags that are manufactured only for the the outlet stores and not for the retail stores. If you are familiar with Coach bags, you will be disappointed. If you want to own one of these, buy directly from the outlet store for about 1/3 of what you pay on TumbleDeal.
