Yes, they will work with you with payments. They are a legit company and do have full details of company in which you incurred your debt.

How do I make a payment and why is no one answering my emails?

Question:

True Accord reached me via email stating I had ignored them and all their efforts to reach me. I did call them and they wanted me to provide my identity by providing my address and old address, phone number, ss# and d.o.b. If infact they are a debt collections company they would have my information and not me provide it on a recorded line. I also requested that they call me and to this date the only communication is via email.
