Check your bank to see if a charge has been debited. If so it will have the hotel's contact information.

Good luck with that one. I had a receipt that was the wrong date, they never refunded any money or discount for future bookings etc. Total terrible experience dealing with Trivago, NEVER again would I book through them. Sorry, wish I could help you.
