Dear Travelsmith, I bought a few Travelsmith underwear years ago and only use them for travel. But the elasticity for the waist band has gone away. It is so weak, the underwear doesn't stay up. What is your policy? May I please return them for new ones? Thank you, Skip
How long can you wear something and if you are not pleased with it can you return it for an exchange for something else?
